Varko – Ads Agency Website & CMS (with Tushar Pachouri)
Project Info:
A collaboration with Tushar Pachouri: the website and in-house platform for Varko, an ads agency running Facebook, Instagram and Google campaigns for Indian D2C brands and small businesses.
Highlights
• Custom admin area: leads, email outreach, calls, blog, first-party analytics via its own collection endpoint, SEO settings and a social content calendar.
• Lead capture that survives outages: a lead is accepted if it can be saved or emailed.
• SEO and AI-search work: generated sitemap and robots, llms.txt, Open Graph images, structured data, a glossary and industry pages.
• Performance: analytics tag deferred until first interaction, subset fonts and tuned image sizes.
• Security headers (HSTS preload, COOP), pricing calculator, ad landing pages and a free-audit funnel.
